Powder coating is widely used on steel and aluminum enclosures, brackets, equipment covers, frames, and die-cast housings. It provides an opaque, durable film with a broad range of colors, gloss levels, and textures.

The coating adds material to edges, holes, threads, and mating faces. Ground points, PEM hardware, hinges, labels, and fitted interfaces should be reviewed before fabrication so masking and assembly sequence are clear.
