Terms governing use of the Kewei website, technical information and manufacturing enquiries.

These terms cover the public website. A quotation, purchase order, NDA or manufacturing agreement may contain additional project-specific terms.
This website provides general manufacturing capability and design guidance. It is not an engineering approval, material suitability decision, certification statement or guarantee that a particular process is appropriate for every application.
Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or binding price. Quotations are engineer-reviewed and may depend on drawings, revisions, material availability, quantity, tolerances, finishing, inspection, packaging and delivery requirements. Order-specific terms are confirmed separately.
You should submit only files and information you are authorized to share. You retain ownership of your project content and allow Kewei to use it only as needed to review, quote and support the requested manufacturing work.
Kewei can review NDA requirements before detailed confidential files are exchanged. A confidentiality obligation is governed by the terms of a signed agreement; selecting the NDA checkbox alone does not create a separate executed NDA.
Kewei website text, branding and original presentation may not be republished as another company’s content without permission. Third-party product names, standards and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Kewei aims to keep website information accurate and available, but content may change and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. External communication links are provided for convenience and may be governed by third-party terms.
