Which prototype process should I choose?

Choose according to the question being tested, required material behavior, geometry, quantity, appearance, tolerance, budget, and delivery need.

Can a vacuum-cast housing represent injection molding?

It can support appearance and assembly review, but polyurethane behavior and silicone-tool details are not automatically equivalent to production resin and steel tooling.
