This process involves creating a silicone mold from a master pattern and then injecting liquid PPSU resin into the mold under vacuum conditions to achieve precise and detailed replicas.

The PPSU plastic vacuum casting process begins with the fabrication of a master pattern. The master pattern is typically created using techniques such as CNC machining or 3D printing and serves as the basis for creating the silicone mold.
